Shri Mahalaxmi Mahila Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya

Shri Mahalaxmi Mahila Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidyalaya, Jodhpur is one of the known Teacher Training Colleges of Rajasthan and was established in 2007. The College is recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (N.C.T.E.) for B.Ed. B.Ed. is affiliated to Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur. The College has also been registered under Sec. 2(f) and 12(B) of the U.G.C. Act for Post Graduate Course (B.Ed.). Under this scheme, Content Based and Theme Based Orientation Courses for the Government In-Service Secondary School teachers are organized every year. We have intake of 100 students and strength of 55 students in First Year and 62 students in Second Year for the session 2017-18. Shri Mahalaxmi Mahila Basic Teacher Training College (D.El.Ed.). was established in the year 2008. The College is recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (N.C.T.E.) for B.S.T.C. B.S.T.C. is affiliated to Elementary Education Rajasthan, Bikaner. We have intake of 50 students and strength of 50 students in First year and 43 students for the session 2017-18. B.Ed. and B.S.T.C. are branches of Shri Mahalaxmi Shikshan Sansthan. In addition to this we are pleased to inform you that in future we are planning to start a new 4 years integrated i.e. B.A.B.Ed for girls qualitative Higher Educations. The College is run by a Society known as Shri Mahalaxmi Shikshan Sansthan,Jodhpur. Mr. Manohar Lal Pungaliya is its President, Mr. Goverdhan Soni is its Honorary Secretary and Mr. Om Prakash Rathi is the Treasurer respectively.
